50 User UC Telephone System £10,900
The Telefonix Voice & Data 50 user Unified Communications (UC) office telephone system package is a high technology IP-based UC office phone system, built around the commended Avaya IP Office platform. Unified communications means, in a nutshell, that you can recieve any communication over any device, so for example this UC system allows your voicemails to be sent to your email as an attachment, and also allows the appointments in your outlook diary to control when the phone system puts you on "in a meeting" or "working from home" and forwards to voicemail or your home telephone number. The 50 user UC telephone system includes free installation and free support.
Your new UC telephone system includes many of the latest unified communications features to be found in modern CTI (computer telephony integration) phone systems, including Microsoft Outlook integration, smartphone telephony software, continuous MS Exchange calendar integration and mining (including Googletalk and IM federation), with 'click to dial' from any webpage. The UC office phone system also comes with inbuilt salesforce integration, and corresponds to release 8 of the preferred edition in IP Office.
IP Office Voicemail Pro is also included (the premium Avaya voicemail package) which of course also comes with an inbuilt auto attendant. On top of that, your new UC office telephone system also comes with free ISDN30e installation and a free 16 channel ISDN30 card. Free tamper proof call recording is also included, as is free 128 line conferencing.
Whenever you need the out of hours message changed (ie to announce Christmas closure etc), a different department added using the auto attendant (press 1 for sales etc) or even an add/move or change for a new or left member of staff, all it requires is a phone call or email to Telefonix, and we'll sort it, free of charge, part of the service.
