50 User Call Centre £18,000
The small business call centre for 50 users is a high technology IP-based call centre, built around the commended Avaya IP Office platform. The small business call centre includes 20 Avaya CCR licenses and 2 supervisor licenses. Avaya CCR (Customer Call Recorder) gives you everything you need to effectively and efficiently manage a single-site call centre or contact centre environment.
Avaya customer call recorder is under continuous development and its focus is on ease of use and deployment simplicity to ensure improved ongoing productivity and lower support costs; it includes a large set of reports and an inbuilt wallboard to monitor agent performance.
8 port IP Office Voicemail Pro is also included (the premium Avaya voicemail package) which of course also comes with an inbuilt auto attendant. On top of that, your new call centre also comes with free ISDN30e installation and a free 16 channel ISDN30 card. Free tamper proof call recording is also included, as is free 128 line conferencing.
Whenever you need the call centre messages changed, a different choice added using the auto attendant (press 1 for sales etc) or even an add/move or change for a new or left member of staff, all it requires is a phone call or email to Telefonix, and we'll sort it, free of charge, part of the service.
