Arena Stone & Ceramics needed a general system overhaul in 2011. The new system was specced out and pre-configured off site for them. Then, the new server was taken to site where all data was copied across, new email infrastructure was configured and a new backup system was configured.
Mid 2011, ETLG's existing infrastructure was becoming old, outdated and slow. Two new servers were installed, which included the main server for corporate functions (email, file and print, AV management etc), whilst the second server was setup as a terminal server for both remote working solution and internal usage. The network infrastructure also needed upgrading so new equipment was pre configured off site and installed which included Netgear switches and Watchguard firewalls.
Clipfine came to us when their existing file and print server was old, slow and flagging... before it eventually just gave up and failed. Straight away, a new machine was specced with future staff expansion in mind, and the customer bought the recommended equipment. We attended site, setup the machine, copied all data across and setup all new file shares and print shares.
FTT (Virtual Solution) had a complete server infrastructure rebuild. This comprised of specifying server hardware that was capable of running a minimum of 5 virtual machines to run domain controllers, exchange (email), file and print sharing, antivirus management and provide redundancy. Telefonix preconfigured the hardware and software off site for the virtual platform with the necessary virtual machines setup and resources allocated along with Server 2008 OS installations. Once complete, the equipment was taken to site, installed and all corporate data was transferred over to the new system. All network machines were then re-joined to the new domain. Other services such as email, data shares and print services were also setup on site during the installation.
EEC Noise control is an example of the same level of service that we provide for a small company as for a large company. EEC Noise control required a new server for installation of Microsoft SharePoint Services. Existing server was not of correct specification to run SharePoint alongside exchange (email), file and print services, antivirus management etc. The new server was specified above recommended specs for SharePoint as to provide future proofing and expansion for the SharePoint services. Server was pre configured with windows server 2003 operating system and SharePoint services pre-installed ready for customers SharePoint consultants to complete installation and migration to the new machine.
