IPE Health 2011 - asked us for installation and management of around 20 ADSL connections provided to remote workers with a VPN solution back to the head office as to allow the use of remote IP Telephones.
WFP needed a new installation of network hardware and UPS. The existing network hardware wasn't meeting the required specifications for throughput as the company has a high throughput of emails on a weekly basis. A New watchguard firewall device was installed to provide full load balancing across several internet connections and also provides content filtering, firewalling, VLAN routing and traffic management. The existing UPS at site needed renewing as it was not lasting long enough to allow the server to shut down correctly so the specification of a new UPS was provided and installed to meet this demand.
