Telefonix Voice & Data offer free training with our bundles. Typically the training given depends mainly on the size of the company - in smaller companies an IP Office engineer may give the training individually or in small groups of five. For larger user numbers we find it more sensible to also train several internal mentor staff ie "train the trainer", who then have the knowledge to help staff even when we are no longer on site.
In fact, the IP Office system really isn't the hardest thing to learn in the world so training does not usually take that long. A phone tends to be quite self explanatory and when and if there are questions, they can easily be put to our trainers during the training or by email or phone afterwards if one of your users gets a little stuck. There is also not exactly a shortage of IP Office manuals online - any of these can be supplied by us to you to put on a central server in your company so that your employees will always have access to them. Some companies have also chosen to film our trainers so that they have the vid available for future users - your call!
This free training is a useful service that we provide to purchasers through us, and if you are comparing quotes then it is always worth asking about the cost of training. This is often an extra chargeable item and can come to a substantial sum, especially for companies in the 100+ user range. Also, worth asking your telephone system supplier about extra, subsequent training session costs if you are comparing suppliers.
