IP Office Free Support

Telefonix Voice & Data offer full maintenance services on all the systems in our portfolio, including one year's complementary support when you initially purchase your new IP Office telephone system through us. Four levels of cover are available to our customers and all our maintenance calls are carried out by our own in-house Avaya trained and qualified engineers. If you are not already one of our customers, why not ask us to give you a free quotation for your annual maintenance. Our rates are extremely competitive and we pride ourselves on the standard of service we are able to deliver. As part of your purchase of a telephone system from Telefonix Voice & Data, we include a free one year "bronze" phone system support contract.

This really is a very useful and completely free service that we provide to purchasers through us and if you are comparing quotes then it is really worth asking about the cost of adds, moves and changes. This is usually chargeable by telephone system companies and will come to thousands of pounds per year, especially for companies in the 100+ user range. Please note that there is no catch in this - the second year's support doesn't suddenly become ridiculously expensive. Again, worth asking your telephone system supplier about the second year as well and subsequent years if you are comparing costs.
