IP Office Contact Centre

IP Office Contact Centre come in two flavours - Avaya's own contact centre package (Avaya Customer Call Reporter) and, covered elsewhere, the 3rd party Zeacom contact centre software.

Zeacom is the more sophisticated of the two, catering up to 384 agents, but for the SME that seeks to organise its customer service people, Avaya Customer Call Reporter gives a good initial package and starting point, focused principally on the ability to report on staff.

Customer Call Reporter (avaya CCR) replaced "Avaya Compact Contact Centre" and is now the Avaya IP Office contact centre software of choice.

IP Office Customer Call Reporter

Unlike 3rd party addons lacking Avaya devconnect compatibility accreditation, Customer Call Reporter was solely developed for and is proven to work seamlessly with the IP Office platform, being developed in house by Avaya developers with quality assurances. This matters: we have experience of 3rd party IP Office Contact centre software which claims to be fully compatible only to discover that it isn't. When a national newspaper's entire advertising department depends on this software then this becomes a serious issue. Top tip: demand to see signed Avaya devConnect accreditation and check with Avaya whatever IP Office Contact centre software you decide to choose, regardless of it being through us or not.
