The Avaya call centre for 100 users is a high technology IP-based call centre, built around the commended Avaya IP Office platform. The Avaya call centre includes 30 Avaya CCR licenses and 2 supervisor licenses. Avaya CCR (Customer Call Recorder) gives you everything you need to effectively and efficiently manage a single-site call centre or contact centre environment.
Avaya customer call recorder is under continuous development and its focus is on ease of use and deployment simplicity to ensure improved ongoing productivity and lower support costs; it includes a large set of reports and an inbuilt wallboard to monitor agent performance.
