Telefonix Voice & Data is the trading name of Systems Supported, a limited company based in Camberley, Surrey. Systems Supported was started on the kitchen table by Mike Kirby in 1997 as an IT consultancy, and purchased Telefonix in 1999 adding a 20 year heritage of telephony into the company's offerings. In 2003 'Orangebubble' was set up, adding a web hosting side to the combined group.
With the convergence in IT and telephony since the 1990s, this is a very logical move which has worked extremily well, and Telefonix Voice & Data now offers a "One Stop Shop" to take care of all IT and telephony for small companies.
Telefonix Voice & Data has made a point of striving for quality rather than quantity, and the company is currently a SME Expert Avaya business partner, one of only a handful of IP Office recognised experts in the UK.
We invest heavilyt in manufacturer training and accreditation, with 100% staff accreditation rate. This is combined with and 'Investors in People' programme and company ISO 2001 accreditation, reconfirmed in 2011.
The biggest differentiator between Telefonix Voice & Data and large telecoms companies is the amount of personal service that each telecoms project receives, especially smaller SME projects which do not usually command much attention from the largest players.
